Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch of your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated transit times:

• United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days

• International (outside Europe): 5–10 business days
  

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on the destination. Any charges not collected at checkout are normally the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

Please note: Occasionally, courier delays can occasionally occur because of weather, public holidays, customs, disruption or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@somethingelseoliveoil.com and we will investigate it with the courier.

Something Else Olive Oil remains responsible for fulfilling your order and arranging delivery to you. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.
