This season's first small run is being prepared. We'll publish the verified details of the finished bottling batch and its laboratory results when available. Figures from earlier seasons are not used to describe this new release.
Main Harvest 2026/27
Our Main Harvest will follow later in the season, with availability in the UK expected in January/February 2027.
Batch information
Every harvest is different. Weather, fruit maturity, picking dates and milling conditions affect yield, flavour, bitterness and pepperiness. We document each batch separately, including the harvest, origin, olive variety, extraction, bottling and laboratory analysis where verified.
Previous Batches
Earlier harvest details and original independent laboratory certificates are kept in our Previous Batches archive. Those findings apply only to the named historical batches.
Lab testing
We use laboratory testing alongside sensory assessment to assess each finished batch. Where we publish figures, they relate to the batch identified and cannot be assumed to apply to a different season or lot.
Olive oil harvest and batch information
Olive oil is an agricultural product, so each harvest is slightly different. Weather, fruit maturity, harvest timing and milling all affect yield, aroma, bitterness and pungency.
Use the lot number on your bottle to match it to the relevant batch information as records are added.

Early Harvest and Main Harvest are two picking points within the same annual harvest season.
Our rain-fed, higher-elevation family groves in Gaitses generally ripen later than fruit grown lower down. Exact timing still depends on rainfall, temperature, wind, fruit load and crop condition.
The dates are a guide, not a deadline. We pick according to the fruit and the conditions each year.

About batch records
Every production batch has its own source, harvest and extraction record. The 2026/27 Early Harvest is being prepared; pre-orders are not open yet. UK dispatch is expected in December 2026.
When the finished oil is independently tested, we'll publish the results against its own batch. Earlier-season figures are not used to describe the new release.
